The platform is intended for healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations and authorised users involved in quality improvement activities.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lazomis.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You are authorised to use the platform
• You will keep your login credentials secure
• You will not share your account with others

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting passwords and access credentials
• Ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate
• Complying with local information governance requirements
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Interfere with platform operation
• Upload malicious software
• Use the platform unlawfully

Clinical responsibility always remains with the relevant healthcare professionals and organisations.

Users must not rely on Lazomis as a substitute for professional clinical judgement.

Users and organisations remain responsible for ensuring that any use of patient, clinical or operational data complies with:

• UK GDPR
• Data Protection Act 2018
• NHS policies
• Local governance requirements
• Organisational information governance policies

Where patient information is used, users must ensure that appropriate approvals, safeguards and lawful bases are in place.

All intellectual property rights relating to Lazomis remain the property of Flux Medical Limited unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

• Software
• Source code
• User interfaces
• Audit frameworks
• Templates
• Reports
• Graphics
• Branding
• Documentation
• Platform content

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Users may submit:

• Feedback
• Feature requests
• Audit suggestions
• Improvement ideas

By submitting such content, users grant Flux Medical Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, develop, modify and incorporate those suggestions into the Lazomis platform.

No compensation shall be payable in relation to submitted suggestions or ideas.

We aim to provide reliable access to Lazomis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

• Modify features
• Improve functionality
• Suspend services temporarily for maintenance
• Introduce new functionality
• Remove obsolete functionality

without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux Medical Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss resulting from user actions
• Decisions made using platform outputs

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

Use of personal information is governed by the Lazomis Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services.

Flux Medical Limited is not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

• Unauthorised activity is detected
• Platform security is threatened
• Continued access would create legal or operational risk
