  • You will not share your account with others

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Clinical responsibility always remains with the relevant healthcare professionals and organisations.

Users must not rely on Lazomis as a substitute for professional clinical judgement.

6. Information Governance and Patient Data

Users and organisations remain responsible for ensuring that any use of patient, clinical or operational data complies with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • NHS policies
  • Local governance requirements
  • Organisational information governance policies

Where patient information is used, users must ensure that appropriate approvals, safeguards and lawful bases are in place.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Lazomis remain the property of Flux Medical Limited unless otherwise stated.

  • User interfaces
  • Audit frameworks
  • Templates
  • Reports
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Documentation
  • Platform content

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting such content, users grant Flux Medical Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, develop, modify and incorporate those suggestions into the Lazomis platform.

We aim to provide reliable access to Lazomis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux Medical Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss resulting from user actions
  • Decisions made using platform outputs

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
